How do I make payment?

A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the cost is payable on booking. Payments are accepted via Cheque or BACS. Bookings are provisional until a deposit is received. The balance shall be payable four weeks before the commencement of the rental. Non-payment of the balance of the rent on or after the due date may be construed as a cancellation of the contract by the client.

Can I bring my pets?

Save for guide dogs, hearing dogs for the deaf or working dogs, no pets are permitted in the property.

Are meals provided?

Flat Space Bungalows are self-catering properties.

How do I cancel my booking?

In the event of a cancellation the total cost is payable, if the booking is cancelled within 4 weeks of check-in. Please read our full Terms and Conditions ..

Can I book a weekend stay?

Flat Space holidays are for a minimum of 7 days commencing on a Friday.

How many wheelchair users can stay at a Flat Spaces Bungalow?

The space in the bungalows will enable at least 3-4 large electric wheelchairs to navigate with ease.
